Spacious (180 m2), well-equipped and furnished with quality furniture, its large terrace with private pool immerses you in a unique atmosphere. Parking is available. Our co-host Nezha will welcome you with professionalism. A 2nd apartment is next door for a 2nd family. The space This luxury apartment is brand new and step-free. It can host up to 5 people. It is tastefully furnished and consists of: -A large living room with a kitchen open to the dining / living room -2 spacious bedrooms (a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with either double bed or 2 single beds at your convenience, 1 crib can be provided on request with changing table and baby chair as well as an extra bed on roulette for a 5th person), -1 second bathroom (with shower). - a large terrace with private pool, garden furniture, dining table and sunbeds. The pool is at room temperature with a blanket available in the evening to keep warm when there is sun during the day. All the furniture that makes up the apartment / terrace is of quality and has been tastefully chosen up to the dishes. The bedrooms overlooking the terrace have comfortable beds with pillows and duvet and quiet. Bath towels and pool/beach towels are available. All kitchen linens, bedrooms, bathrooms are provided as well as towels for the pool. For families, know that a cot and high chair are available upon request as well as a stroller. In addition, an air purifier system allows you to fully enjoy a pure and pleasant atmosphere throughout the apartment. For those who have to work, the WIFI is of good quality. A safe is also provided in one of the bedrooms. The TV offers several programs including NETFLIX & YOU TUBE as well as international channels. Private underground parking (maximum height 2.2m) accessible by elevator is included in the rental. A remote control will be given to you if necessary at check-in. In addition, for your comfort, a dishwasher and washing machine are also available. You will find everything you need for a dream stay in Essaouira, a small coastal town offering several activities such as Kite Surfing, camel / horse riding or quad bike ride, bike rental, surf rental, walking on a walk accessible in 2 seconds or on the beach also accessible in 2 seconds and where you can swim. The authentic harbor and the famous Medina of Essaouira with its many small traditional stalls is only a 15mn walk away (or by taxi for only 0.75 euro the way-). If you don't have a car, everything is easily accessible on foot or by taxi. And if you want to explore the area, you can also rent a vehicle in Essaouira. Within walking distance you will find several restaurants and a 15-20 minute walk is also a crossroads store if you want to cook at home and of course local markets that our housekeeper can tell you on site.
