Welcome to your private 2BR lower-level suite with separate entrance + patio — perfect for business travel, events, or a quiet getaway near DTC. You’ll have a dedicated workspace and free parking. Good to know: this is a private lower-level suite in a two-level home; the upstairs is occupied by a friendly resident + his small dog Bella. Convenient access to major highways for fast trips to downtown Denver, Centennial Airport, and Denver International Airport. The space Highlights: - Private entrance to the suite - Dedicated workspace + fast Wi-Fi - Kitchenette: cooktop + microwave + fridge (no oven) - Free parking The space: Welcome to Casa Bella Suite in Centennial. This home is divided into two levels. You’ll have the entire private lower-level suite with its own entrance and patio. The upstairs is occupied by my friend and his small dog, Bella. Inside you’ll find a spacious living area with an open kitchenette and a dedicated desk, plus two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Kitchenette note: there is a portable electric cooktop (no oven). You’ll also have a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator—perfect for light cooking and takeout. Parking & outdoors: Free parking is available. Please note there is no fenced yard/garden. The neighborhood is peaceful, family-friendly, and quiet. Nearby: - Denver Tech Center (business trips/conferences) - Centennial Airport (APA) + DTC area - Park Meadows, Fiddler’s Green & Topgolf (events + weekends) Sound note: As a lower-level suite, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from upstairs. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire private lower-level suite and the patio directly outside your entrance. Self check-in is available, and the door code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. Other things to note Upstairs occupancy: My friend and his small dog, Bella, live upstairs. You have a fully private suite, and since the yard is not fenced, you may occasionally see Bella outside. Parking: Free parking is available in front of the house. Please keep the garage/driveway clear and park a maximum of 2 cars. Pets: We’re happy to host small dogs with prior approval. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate cats due to allergies. Trash: Trash is picked up on Thursdays. We kindly ask that bins are placed at the curb Wednesday night. No smoking: To keep the space fresh for everyone, no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
