The house is divided into two floors. You will have the lower level which has a private entrance and patio. My friend lives upstairs with his friendly little dog Bella. The house has a big living area including an open kitchen and a desk. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen has a portable electric stove and no oven. A microwave, coffee maker and a fridge are provided. There is free parking and no fenced garden. This is a peaceful and friendly family neighborhood to relax, but close enough if you have to reach the Centennial airport, DTC or you want to go downtown Denver or Colorado Springs. Guest access You will have the entire private suite and the patio in front of it. You will do self check in. Code will be provided one day before arrival. Other things to note My friend and his small dog Bella lives upstairs. There is no fence so you might see her around sometimes. PARKING: You can park in front of the house for free. Please don't block the garage entrance. PETS: Only small dogs are allowed if previously communicated. GARBAGE: It will be collected on Mondays and bins will need to be moved on the street by Sunday night. SMOCKING of any kind is not allowed.
