Room with independent access, AC and fan

Thank you for being interested in my Airbnb. Please consider the following negative aspects before booking: 1.-The place is NOT centrally located. It is located at the western end of Villa de Álvarez. 2.-Chairies in a small bedroom and bathroom. 3.- Outside noise is heard due to the proximity to the sidewalk and street. Despite the above, the place has everything you need for rest, grooming, and basic food preparation. The space The space being rented is a small room with independent access, built at the front of a corner house that is also rented on Airbnb. The outside of the room looks like a commercial space and inside it covers an area of 3.0 x 4.0 m (you can see the plan included in the pictures). In the room you will find a functional air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bed is matrimonial with a comfortable Luuna brand foam mattress. There is a small dining room with only two chairs, an armchair, and a 32" flat-screen TV (with Roku and Netflix Premium) with a swivel stand. It's a well-lit place by up to 6 white light fixtures. The window doors have thick black out curtains, frosted glass and double lock. There are enough outlets on the walls and a multi-outlet on the TV shelf with USB ports. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare or heat very basic meals (preferably without oil), it has a minibar, blender, electric grill, coffee maker, a teflon pan, small pots, chopping/slicing board, plates, glasses and enough cutlery for two people. Glued to the wall is a full-length mirror. The small half bathroom is equipped with round rate toilet (not elongated), telephone shower (with cold and hot water), ledge with towels, soap, shampoo, mirror and mini sink. If you are traveling by car, you can use the house's garage as long as it is unoccupied. Please park on the left side to keep the driveway to the house clear and make it easier to maneuver the vehicle when leaving. If the garage is occupied by the house guests, we recommend parking on Avenida Bicentenario, as it is wide and has trees that provide shade. Parking on Volcán Popocatépetl Street is not recommended because it is very narrow. If you're traveling by motorcycle, you can leave it in the carport. We only ask that you place it against the wall of the room to optimize space, which will also allow a car to enter if needed. Other things to note Behind the property there is a large neighborhood garden where you can walk or rest in one of the wooded areas. On Bicentenario Avenue, there are grocery stores, pharmacies, a kiosk, an Oxxo, and small food shops. The internet service is provided by the company Megacable through fiber optics. Although it is not a central place, it is close or well connected for those who go to the IMSS general hospital, the center of the Villa, Comala, spas or tourist places such as the Agua Fria or Picachos rivers and the impressive wooded area of the terrain.
