You will find yourself in a bright apartment in the residential area of Piazza Mazzini, ten minutes from downtown. Here you can enjoy peace of mind after visiting the crowded sites of interest. With a pleasant walk you can reach San Pietro and Castel Sant'Angelo. In 8 minutes you can reach the Lepanto station of Metro A. Ideal location also for sporting events and concerts, thanks to the proximity to the Olympic Stadium. There are restaurants, bars, groceries and supermarkets in the area. The space The apartment is on the seventh floor of an elegant building WITH an elevator. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal: a double bedroom, a large living room with a table and four chairs, a sofa that, if necessary, can become a bed (queen size); a full bathroom with a bathtub, shower and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, plates, glasses, cups, mugs and everything you need to prepare meals. A toaster, coffee machine and kettle are also available for breakfast. To enjoy Roman evenings, to organize breakfasts and dinners to remember, you will have a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs and a sunshade that will ensure your privacy. The apartment is equipped with electric shutters. Services include: sheets, blankets, pillows, bathroom linen (shower and face towels). In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper (enough for two/three days) and a hand soap dispenser. In the kitchen, under the sink, you will find two/three dishwasher tablets. Guests usually buy everything they need during their stay. Guest access You will have access to the apartment. To avoid unnecessary waiting at check-in, all guests' passports must be sent a few days before arrival. Instructions will be provided to enter independently: a link will be sent to open the building door and a personal numerical code to open the apartment door. You need a phone with an international data plan. On the living room table you will find the keys to the apartment. During your stay, you can use both the keys and the personal code to access the apartment. You can also use both the link you will receive and the keys to open the door. To access the door there are two steps; to access the elevator there are three steps. Not recommended for wheelchair users. Other things to note The apartment is located near the Metro A station "Lepanto"; with 1 stop you get to Piazza del Popolo; 2 stops you will be in Piazza di Spagna; 3 stops and you will find yourself in the famous Piazza Barberini. From the square, you can branch off via Veneto, the street made famous by Federico Fellini's film "La dolce vita"; 5 stops and you will be at Termini Station and from here you can walk to Via Cavour, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia...; 8 stops to reach San Giovanni in Laterano. From Termini station you can take Metro B, get to the Colosseum (2 stops); to the Circus Maximus (3 stops); to the Basilica of San Paolo (6 stops). If you like to walk, in 22 minutes you can reach the Vatican Museums; in 27 minutes you can reach Castel Sant'Angelo. The apartment is located near the Ponte della Musica, the Foro Italico, and the Olympic Stadium, places that you can easily reach on foot: it is in a strategic position to participate in sporting events, concerts... For check-in: a. You can do it yourself with a Smart lock, a data connection is required; b. Alternatively, I can let you in remotely; c. For those who prefer, it is possible to arrange check-in in person until 9:00 p.m., after 9:00 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m. you must pay a surcharge of €30. After this time, the cost is to be agreed upon. You must always communicate your expected time of arrival. For a BOOKING of 2 people, ONLY the double bed is prepared. For 3/4 people, the sofa bed in the living room is also prepared. Near the apartment there are three paid garages: - Mazzini Garage in via Monte Santo 8 (8-minute walk); - Garage Decar in via Buccari 5 (20-minute walk); - Garage Prati in Piazza dell'Unità 62 (20-minute walk). On the road you can park on the blue stripes that are paid except on Sundays and holidays. You can park for free on the white stripes.
