Welcome to our small but carefully designed apartment – perfect for solo travelers, couples or anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet corner in the heart of Lika. The studio is located only 7 minutes from the birthplace - Nikola Tesla center and 20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea. It is ideal for a short stay, work break, weekend getaway, swimming in the sea or as a base for exploring untouched nature. Note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an older building without an elevator, it shares a common corridor with another accommodation unit. The space This small town with a big heart preserves the spirit of Nikola Tesla, the silence of nature and the rhythm of life that restores lost balance. You won't find crowds here, but you will find a space for rest, connection and maybe – a spark of an idea. The apartment is perfect for a vacation, but also for remote work. The accommodation unit of this building is located on the second floor of a century-old residential building that is part of the cultural and historical heritage of the Republic of Croatia (the facade is dilapidated but is looking forward to the announced renovation). The loft apartment is new, functionally equipped and carefully planned to provide our guests with a peaceful holiday. Regardless of the central location, peace and quiet await you in the apartment. A bright and airy space awaits you with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. The apartment includes: - bed 160×200cm wide - large comfortable sofa bed for 1–2 people - large wardrobe - practical work/toilet table with extra space for things - TV set with over 5800 programs - fast, unlimited Wi-Fi - powerful air conditioning (heating and cooling) - kitchen with dining table The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, contains an induction hob, a kettle, a microwave, dishes and a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom contains: - washing machine - laundry detergent - hair dryer Guest access You access the apartment via key safes. After entering the building, on the second floor of the building you will find a common safe with the keys to your apartment and the neighboring apartment. Use one key to enter the hallway you share with another apartment. Upon entering the common area, your apartment is located STRAIGHT AHEAD. Next to the door is another safe with keys. We'll send you the codes before check-in. In the common hallway you can temporarily leave things at an earlier arrival, and there are also: - clothes dryer - ironing board - vacuum cleaner - basic cleaning equipment Please return the equipment, if used, to the same place as it is shared by both units. This space is under video surveillance and is an exclusive attention to your safety. Guest access Upon entering the building you will come across a common corridor that you share with another apartment. In this space you will be able to leave personal belongings in case of early arrival. Also, in the same place you will find a clothes drying rack, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom and waste shovel, which in case of use, please return to the same place. The above equipment can be used by guests of another apartment. Welcome! Other things to note Free parking is available right next to the building (in front of the police station). Other places in the city marked with blue lines are charged (Mon-Fri 7-16h, Sat 8-12h). Next to the building there is a gym center, hairdresser's, bookstore, pharmacy, notary public, café - for a pleasant morning coffee. All our guests have a 20% voucher available for a visit to the only cave park in Croatia - Grabovača Cave Park. Surprise your children, partner, friend, etc. with an active inspiring vacation in just 10-40 minutes drive from the apartment to exciting and educational content. Upon arrival, we ask you for some information from the guest's ID, passport, or any other document such as a driver's license for all guests arriving. This is a mandatory tourist registration that we have to do in an online registration form called E-Visitor. Welcome to this small town with a big heart!
