Free parking for 2 vehicles right outside your door. Guest access The Suite is fully independent and Guests have full use of suite Other things to note Please note: * Smithers has a noon (12 pm) Siren located at the Firehall that goes off Monday - Saturday indicating the noon hour. it can be quite loud but rest assured there is no danger or threat but a long standing Smithers tradition. • Ice hockey rink in operation during the Winter months only when consistently cold enough ( - 15) between Decmeber and March ( serviced by fire fighter volunteers) until 10pm daily. Noise / Pucks can be heard hitting walls, but lights turn off at 10pm. • Parking for two vehicles behind one another • Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit are in 3. drawer on right next to Stove • 2 Fire blankets in Suite - 1 in 2nd bedroom and one in kitchen • Please note that the Town of Smithers water supply has a very high mineral content and the Town is currently awaiting a new water treatment plant being built. This may sometimes result in mineral stains in sinks and bathtub/ toilets as well as a slight sulfur smell. Rest assured that all tubs and sinks are cleaned thoroughly. The water is safe for drinking and monitored regularly by the Town. * Please do not flush sanitary supplies/ napkins /tampons or large amounts of toilet paper down toilet. Please use the brown paper bags provided in the washroom to dispose of in garbage Container.
