The living room has a pullout couch as well for a max guest count of 8. Upstairs is a 4 bedroom/3 bath with front and back balconies. Max guest count is 8 for a total in both units of 16. All rooms equipped with ceiling fans. Beach chairs and towels are provided for max number of guests. Shared garage that can fit 2 small SUV's or standard sized cars. No Suburbans or full sized trucks please. Other things to note There is no smoking inside or outside this home - NO EXCEPTIONS!
 1 Dog is allowed under 30 lbs with a $150 pet fee This home is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
