Welcome home to a cozy retreat at Carlton in Los Gatos, ideally located just 1 mile from Hwy 85 or 17. Featuring one large master bedroom with a king size bed and private entrance and bathroom. Furnishings are new throughout, including a large smart TV and bed with premium linens. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from SJC airport. The Google shuttle stop is a short 10 minute walk, Trader Joe’s and Los Gatos Cafe (and several more food spots) are a 20 minute walk. The space THE SHARED HOME The main home shared spaces are not available at this time (we just got a puppy 🐶), unless discussed and agreed prior to placing the reservation. Street parking is available. The pool across the street is open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day to Labor Day! (Please inquire for more pool details.) Guest access THE ROOM This room is the master bedroom with a king size bed (and bathroom) in a shared home with a private entrance. The space is quiet and private and shares no walls with the main home. Open the sliding glass door to the private patio to hear birds chirping in the morning, or close the room darkening curtains for full quiet and privacy. The room is designed to be a place of rest and relaxation. The private full bathroom has a shower with essentials provided. Lush towels with an electric towel warming rack are also included. A private mini fridge is placed inside the room and is stocked with water, cold coffee and snacks. A clean desk and comfortable chair has just been added to the room. With advance request, there’s an office ergo chair, a video conferencing monitor, lighting and speaker. A keyboard and mouse is also provided.
