In addition to the full bathroom, the apartment also includes an extra toilet, a very convenient feature for groups or longer visits. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a complete dinner, which you can enjoy on the terrace with direct views of the beach. The building has a lift, making access easy after a day at the beach or exploring the coastline. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, offering a relaxing atmosphere in a privileged location. Also, please do not use the elevator if you come from the beach wet, as this is an important community rule. For this reason, we have decided not to advertise the elevator as a main amenity, but if you need it, it is available for your use. Washing machine: The apartment is equipped with a washing machine that works properly, but it is important to mention that it requires a little trick to get it to start: when closing the door, make sure the hinge is tight and, if necessary, you can give it a little tap to make sure it is closed properly.
