Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, yet close to local amenities and attractions. The space Unwind in the inviting living room, perfect for relaxing after a full day on the water. The stone fireplace creates a warm and inviting ambiance, while the large windows offer plenty of natural light. Comfortable seating and plush cushions provide a cozy spot to curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining guests or preparing home-cooked meals. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops with ample counter space and bar seating, and stylish cabinetry. The adjacent dining table provides plenty of seating for everyone. Guest access Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Other things to note *Booking for a large gathering? We have plenty of cookware and baking dishes, including a crockpot. * This cottage is walking distance to Schmeid Park which has a playground and beach access to 247 acre Townline Lake. * Bring your boat or jet skis because the boat launch is right around the corner, as well as our very own dock! * There is a fire pit available but we do not provide firewood. * Please note, there is plexiglass above the balcony in the childrens' room for added safety and security. * We include Schuil coffee and tasty snacks as a bonus ammenity for our guests. * There is a storage area outside to the left of the entryway door that contains a charcoal grill, yard games, basketballs, a football, a soccer ball, a volleyball, and sand toys. * A max of two dogs are allowed, and please clean up after them. *There is a portable air conditioner in each bedroom.
