Our guests are greeted by a double entrance, grand foyer, warming room, living room, dining room, kitchen, butler's pantry, and half bath on the main floor. On the second floor, our guests have use of up to four sumptuous bedrooms, two with TV’s, and full bath. (Please note that access to bedrooms is dependent upon number of guests on guest reservation.) On the mezzo-cellar level, our guests have use of a beautiful double full bathroom with walk in rain shower and spacious vanity, a yoga room, as well as a laundry room. The front and back gardens are professionally cultivated, ideally suited for quiet relaxation. There is a garden hot tub available for an additional use fee. Please note that our guest count is to be strictly observed. All guests must be registered. Guests have access to up to four bedrooms (depending on number if registered guests), yoga room, laundry room, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Though the house is quiet and has an elegant country house ambiance, there are fabulous shops, restaurants, and bakeries just two blocks away. The Hanscom Park neighborhood was built by well-to-do industrialists at the end of the 19th Century. The neighborhood boasts crenelated, castle-like buildings and small mansions. The recent influx of young professionals and new millennial generation residents has been prompted by restorations of historic properties and the new construction of posh townhomes and gleaming, mid-rise condominiums in a fabulous location central to Omaha's major attractions. The neighborhood is also walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Midtown Crossing, just 1 mile to the restaurants and shops of the Old Market, and just 2 miles to the College World Series, Century Link Center, and Filmstreams. Uber and Lyft operate 24 hrs in Omaha. We strongly recommend using Uber and Lyft for easy access to event venues in the region. We offer tandem, outdoor parking for two vehicles in an uncovered carport. The guest count is STRICTLY observed. All guests must be registered. This means casual visitors to the property are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed in/on the property. Strictly no parties or events of any kind. Absolutely no smoking of any kind indoors or on the porches. THIS INCLUDES VAPING. Smoking and vaping are allowed in the back garden in both seating areas. Guests limited to a maximum of 10 adults. We do welcome babes in arms, and have a crib available. Please consult us regarding house rules if you would like to include children under the age of 18 in your party.
