Welcome to Intake by Yorkshire Escapes - a detached, newly decorated stone-built house located in the middle of its own land with lovely views, sitting room with log burner, snug room, kitchen/dining room and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms a mile from Kirkby Malzeard in the Yorkshire Dales. The space Intake is a detached, secluded newly decorated stone-built house located in the middle of its own land with lovely views across the Yorkshire countryside. The house has a comfy sitting room with log burner, snug room, kitchen/dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms a mile from Kirkby Malzeard in the Yorkshire Dales. Intake has been recently redecorated and provides 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with one of the bedrooms and shower room on the ground floor. Guests enter the house into the hallway which leads through to the large kitchen/dining room with french windows leading to the garden, stone flagged floors, kitchen units, cooker, dining table and chairs and beamed ceiling. The Sitting room, next door to the kitchen, has two large comfy sofas, stone flagged floor with large rug, wood fired log burner, smart tv and beamed ceiling with door leading to the garden. There is a Snug leading off the Sitting room with L shaped sofa and television. A hallway leads off the sitting room with hanging hooks and wooden bench and door to outside. Stairs lead from the Sitting room to the first floor with three double bedrooms one with an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom. There is a paved area in front of the house with french doors leading from the kitchen/dining room and parking for 4 cars. Access to the house is from the main road down a farm track and there is a large wood for guests to walk around Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note 2 dogs allowed. There is a £40 charge per dog which will be requested after guest have booked. Dogs are to be kept on lead when out in the surrounding fields as there is livestock in the area. Parking available. Starter basket of logs available. Kirkby Malzeard has a butchers, village shop and The Queens Head pub in the village. If you wish to have additional visitors during your stay, please check with us prior to your stay, as this may not be suitable in this property.
