Au Petit Hameau – Charming, peaceful nature cottage

A charming haven tucked away in the authentic village of Cabrespine, in the heart of the nature and tranquility of the Montagne Noire. Here, people come to slow down, breathe, and enjoy a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. Only 4 km from the famous Giant Chasm, 7 km from the Minervois vineyards, 25 km from the City of Carcassonne and 26 km from the Lastours castles. The cottage offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for a stay for couples, families, or groups of friends. The space You are in the middle of nature between mountain and river in a small hamlet where about fifteen inhabitants meet year-round. The home has 3 accessible and fully renovated levels in 2024 and 2025. The garden is accessible and is currently being developed. There will be an 8-seater hot tub included until the end of September. It remains optional upon request (€15/day) out of season. The house consists of a ground floor and 2 floors. - On the ground floor: a living room with TV, a non-separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet. - On the first floor: an equipped kitchen/dining room, a separate bedroom with a double bed. - On the second floor: one bedroom with 2 singles, a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The garden is accessible from this floor. - Cleaning option (on request): €70 Guest access Guests have access to the 3 levels and garden (under development). The spa is included in summer until the end of September, and is available as an option for €15/day on request in the off-season
