This stylish accommodation with private pool is perfect for group holidays, family and friends. The space Wonderful independent house with private swimming pool, sea and mountain views and 250m2 of open spaces distributed in terraces, dining area with pergola and porch, barbecue and solarium with outdoor shower. This magnificent holiday home offers three double bedrooms, two of them with dressing room and one with en-suite bathroom and a separate room with a comfortable sofa upstairs. There are two full bathrooms on the upper floor with shower, bathtub and bidet and a WC on the ground floor. The spacious living room overlooking the swimming pool, joins in a single open space with the dining area which gives access to the terrace. The large independent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and everything you may need during your stay. The accommodation is air-conditioned and for your absolute comfort, includes a private garage with laundry area, washing machine and tumble dryer. As usual in our proposals, we include fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit. The base price is for two guests. From the third guest onwards, there is a charge of €15 per extra guest per night. Guest access The whole accommodation is accessible only for our guests. Other things to note WE ADVISE OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY THREE DAYS, STARTING FROM THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, THE MAINTENANCE CLEANING OF THE JACUZZI AND/OR SWIMMING POOL WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IF THEY ARE NOT IN THE HOUSE, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE.
