It would be impossible for garbage trucks to visit each home on the mountain collecting personal trash. The mountain has dumpsters for garbage disposal. Home owners pay a monthly fee to use these dumpsters. If traveling through Alamogordo, garbage may be disposed of there. Or if traveling through Cloudcroft, Village dumpsters may be used. This home does not have personal trash pick services, you will need to throw your garbage away off premises at the end of your stay. It is just part of life living on the mountain. Please be ADVISED: We HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing the Airono travel insurance. It costs next to nothing and covers unexpected cancellations of any kind. We do not issue refunds for cancellations. PURCHASE THE AIRBNB TRAVEL INSURANCE for refunds. This is a pet friendly cabin, the owners also have pets.
