Your room and attached bathroom are private and locked. Your room is on the first floor. The kitchen & dining area are shared and fully fitted. Big fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine are there for your convenience. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest access You have private access to your room and to your private ensuite bathroom. There is a shared kitchen & dining room and a laundry room. During your stay We’re available for any questions that come up before and during your stay. Just send us a message, we’re blazing fast to reply. Other things to note COMMUNAL AREAS The communal areas (kitchen, dining, laundry) are shared with other guests. There are 7 rooms in the building, all of them can accommodate 2 guests maximum. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the communal areas, so it is kept reasonably tidy between housekeeping visits. PARKING We have a few parking spaces in front of the building, but spaces are limited and it's on a first come first serve basis. Parking onstreet outside is free during specified hours, please always check the signs. There is free onstreet parking across the Dual Carriageway, Shelmor Avenue, less than 5min walk away. CHILDREN Children under 12 are not allowed to stay, thank you for your understanding.
