You will be in a quiet area and can rest peacefully. A parking space is reserved for the apartment and is located directly in front of the entrance to the residence. Possibility to park another vehicle for free in the residence. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a garden. You will be 5 min from the Pau Centre highway exit and less than 10 min by car from the city center. Supermarkets are a 2-minute drive away. Right next to the residence, you can take a small pedestrian path that will take you to the shops (pharmacy, grocery store, butcher shop, tobacco shop...) 250 m away. The bus also passes 2 minutes' walk from the residence (Mozart stop). The cinema, the hospital, the faculty are within 5 minutes. The home sleeps 4 people and a baby maximum. In the apartment you will find: - an entrance with a large closet and hangers. - an independent bedroom with new bedding for 2 people, a TV, bedside tables and a large closet (wardrobe and shelves). In the living room, a sofa that, in seconds, will turn into a very comfortable bed (real mattress). A baby cot is available (with a real mattress added if you wish) that you can install in the bedroom or in the living room. For small children, a high chair and cutlery (plates, cutlery and suitable bowls) will also be present. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and I will provide you with a bathtub for young children. Books, board games but also coloring books and other activity books await the children Guests can also use the washing machine 10 kg new and a clothes rack that can be installed in the garden. The machine is located in the pantry adjoining the kitchen, an iron and ironing board are also available. An extension for the dining table can be installed in 2 minutes if you want more space. A Nespresso® coffee machine will allow you to enjoy a good coffee (welcome capsules provided as well as bags of different teas). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, large fridge, 2 induction hobs (possibility to install a third) and everything you need to cook (pans, pots, dishes, etc.). Linens (100% cotton) and towels (100% cotton) are provided from two nights (they can be provided for a single night with extra charge). You'll love sunbathing in the garden. It's very quiet. -------------------------------------------------------- Check-ins are usually at 6pm but please ask if this is possible, we will move the time forward if the apartment is ready. Same for checkouts that may be later than 12pm if it's possible for me. Both will be done independently using a lockbox. Please fold the dirty laundry and gather it in the bathroom before you leave, clean the dishes, empty the garbage and leave the apartment clean (everything necessary is available in the apartment). I do not charge a cleaning fee, so you are asked to return the apartment in the same condition as you found it. No smoking or vaping in the apartment, you have a garden. Parties are not allowed.
