You will be quiet and can rest easy. 🚗 A parking space is reserved for the apartment and is located right in front of the entrance to the residence. Ability to park another vehicle for free at the residence. ❇️ The apartment is on the ground floor and has a garden. You will be 5 minutes from the Pau Centre motorway exit and less than a 10-minute drive from the city center. Supermarkets are a 2 min drive. Right next to the residence, you can take a small pedestrian path that will take you to shops (pharmacy, grocery store, butcher shop, tobacconist...) 250m away. The bus also passes a 2-minute walk from the residence (Mozart stop) The cinema, the hospital center, the faculty are less than 5 minutes away. The home sleeps 4 and has a maximum infant. In the apartment you will find: - an entrance with a large closet and hangers. - an independent bedroom with new bedding for 2 people, a TV, bedside tables and a large closet (hanging rack and shelves). In the living room, a sofa that in seconds will turn into a very comfortable bed (real mattress). An umbrella bed is available (with a real mattress added if you want) that you can install in the bedroom or in the living room. For infants, a high chair as well as cutlery (plates, cutlery and suitable bowls) will also be present. The bathroom has a bathtub and I will provide you with a bathtub for young children. Books, board games but also coloring and other activity books are waiting for the kids Guests can also use the washing machine 10 kg and a clothes drying rack that can be set up in the garden. The machine is in the pantry attached to the kitchen, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal. An extension cord for the dining table can be installed in 2 min if you want more room. A Nespresso® coffee maker will allow you to enjoy a good coffee (welcome capsules provided as well as sachets of different teas). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a large fridge, 2 induction hobs (possibility to install a third one) and everything you need to cook (pans, pots, dishes, ...). Linens (100% cotton) and towels (100% cotton) are provided. You'll love sunbathing in the garden. It's very quiet. -------------------------------------------------------- Check-in is usually at 6pm but do not hesitate to ask if this is possible, we will advance the time if the apartment is ready. Same for departures that may be later than 12pm if it's possible for me. Both can be done independently using a secure key box if our schedules do not allow us to meet. I do not charge a cleaning fee, so you are asked to return the apartment in the same condition as you had it. You will receive the check-out instructions the day before at 5 pm.
