Originally built as a cotton mill circa 1800, now renovated to provide over 4000 sqft of living space designed in a unique way to offer ample separate living spaces while retaining an intimate homely feel. Situated in rural Todmorden, the property offers easy access off the A681 while enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. Great access to Manchester & Leeds which is approx 35-40 minutes drive. The space Ground floor: Large reception room, featuring a beautiful arch window, stone flooring, and a real wood burning fire. This room has a large corner sofa (easily seats 8 people) with a 55" smart TV. Entrance is through the Orangery, which benefits from bi- fold doors & 2 roof lanterns which allow the sunlight to flood in, a stunning & stylish entertaining space with social seating & a full range Bluetooth music speaker . This leads onto a modern fully equipped kitchen which offers an island with seating, prep sink, hob, 2 double oven’s & 2 dishwashers! the 3 metre dining area can be configured to seat upto 16. The kitchen then leads onto the main living room, with 2 large sofas and 2 large chairs. Equipped with a real effect gas fire ( not in use in the summer months between May - October). Also a large tv (55 inch). A great room for relaxing. This floor has the master bedroom (bedroom 1) equipped with a king size bed & ensuite - shower, corner bath & double sink. Second floor: Office space with a sofa. Main bathroom- free standing bath & separate shower. Bedroom 2- This room has 2 double beds.
