Room in a villa (where we, a couple, live). Very spacious with all kinds of amenities, ideal for couple, with private bathroom and jacuzzi, bed of 150, TV, air conditioning, heating, spacious closet with huge mirrors, terrace, desk to work, in a very quiet environment, comfortable and parking at the door. Good atmosphere and possibility to share common areas. Kitchen not available. (Please inquire.) Less than 20 minutes from Puy du Fou and Toledo, and 30 minutes from Madrid. The space Very spacious and independent rooms in a large villa, located between Madrid and Toledo, two of the cities with the most leisure, culture, exhibitions, history and art. Less than 20 minutes from Puy de Fou. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, Jacuzzi, 150 cm bed, desk to work, large closet with mirrors, air conditioning, heating, TV, terrace and all kinds of amenities. We have 2 more rooms. 1 of them is very spacious, with a 150 bed, air conditioning, heating, large closet with mirrors, and a desk. The other room has 2 beds, 1 of 135 and another of 90. Air conditioning and heating, large closet with mirrors. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom exclusively for guests. The house has a large living room, a garden with lots of vegetation, chairs and tables for enjoyment. Parking right outside the door. The kitchen (not contemplated), but for breakfast issues, giving advance notice can be negotiated. We live in the house, so we share common areas and try to make the best possible atmosphere. Guest access We have a dining room, living room, garden patio, and parking at the door. Breakfast and lunch can be negotiated (additional cost). (ASK US). During your stay We live in the house, so we are available 24/7 to answer any questions, help or advise. We want you to feel at home. If needed, we can even advise you on excursions and sightseeing. Other things to note For health reasons, please do not eat in the bedroom as we live in the countryside and it can cause pests. We disinfect beds and rooms every time guests finish their stay. Please do not smoke in the house and do not bring animals. More people live together in the house, so please try to make the atmosphere as pleasant as possible.
