Guest access All guests will need to be included on the reservation. Only registered guests will be allowed access to the premises and no unauthorized visitors. No garage or basement use. The City of West Lafayette has rental housing occupancy limits of either (1) one family and no more than two unrelated guests or (2) no more than three unrelated guests. The City requires submission of an Occupancy Affidavit stating the names and relationships of each guest. Please complete both the rental agreement and the West Lafayette Occupancy Affidavit within 24 hours of booking your stay to complete the reservation and avoid cancellation. Other things to note Any unauthorized pets on the premises grounds will incur an additional $200 fee.
