The space This property is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom mobile home, situated near our home on a quiet road. The Master Suite is good size with a desk and chair, pedestal fan and 2 small closets. The master bath is a good size with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is small with a twin bed, dresser, desk fan and small closet. The 2nd bathroom is a decent size with a shower and tub, the tub does not look great, but I guarantee it is clean. Across from that bath is the washer and dryer with scent free detergent and dryer sheets. The living room has a pullout leather sofa, an electric reclining loveseat and one chair along with end tables, lamps and a TV. The kitchen is good size and has a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, can opener. table with 4 chairs, Keurig style coffee maker with some coffee, sugar and dry creamer provided. Other things to note Southwick State Park is a quick 10-minute drive North, Sandy Island and Selkirk Shores State Park are also nearby. The Salmon River in Pulaski NY ("the Salmon capital") is approximately 15 minutes South. There are many other Site seeing opportunities in the area such as Salmon River Falls and a fish hatchery. There are many great restaurants/bars, some as close as 1 mile and up to 30 miles for some chain restaurants. There is a small grocery store about 6 miles away and a larger one in Pulaski which is about 12 miles.
