Unique tiny home, 3km to the Wellington Point water front, private bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, located in quiet and safe cul de sac. 10 minutes walk from the Wellington Point Main Street shopping precinct with cafes, restaurants, a chemist, newsagent, bakery, florist, massage, quaint retail shops plus the famous Hogan’s pub and Old Bill’s Whiskey Bar. There’s also a gym, Pilates, hair and beauty salons, petrol station with mechanic and dry cleaners. The space The tiny home is in our backyard. You can not see it from the street. Guests park in front of it on the grass. Guest access If driving, please drive up the right hand side of the house. Once passed the back of the house, turn left and drive towards the opposite side of the yard in front of the tiny home. If being dropped off out in the street, please walk up the gravel driveway on the right of the house and around the back yard to the tiny home. If coming by train it’s a 1.7km walk to our place. The instructions on google maps are pretty easy to follow.
