Our 71 m² village house with its small private courtyard is centrally located in the village of Paugnat in Puy de Dôme. It is close to shops: bakery, butcher, bar / tobacco / press and grocery store (from November 2025). Guests can park their vehicle for free in a parking lot 100 m from the house. The space The accommodation is equipped for 4 people. The kitchen includes: - Microwave - A kettle, a nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a toaster - A fridge + freezer - A dishwasher - An induction plate - An oven - A round table and 4 chairs - Dishes and cutlery for 6 people Living room: - A non-convertible sofa - TV - Board games available - Pellet stove The toilets are located on the ground floor (no toilet upstairs). A small desk area with wifi (496 Mbit/s fiber), the office is not in a separate room but is in a passageway. Upstairs: The bedroom: - A bed of 160*200 cm - A hanger + hangers - A mirror The mezzanine: - 2 beds 90* 200 cm - 5 drawer dresser The bathroom: - Shower and double vanity - Hairdryer - Body Wash and Shampoo The courtyard is equipped with a table and 4 chairs (in spring/summer). Linens and towels are included in the rental. Available: Iron, small ironing board, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, raclette/plancha/crepe machine, electric plancha (summer). A few welcome products in the kitchen cabinets: salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, herbal tea / tea. An umbrella bed and mattress are available on request. No pets allowed in the house.
