Welcome to our lovingly renovated 3-bedroom home in Overveen! We are a young family with a daughter born in Apr ‘24. We put our hearts into making this space comfortable and sustainable, creating a place where we love to stay ourselves. Ideally located, you can stroll to the charming center of Haarlem in just 15 minutes, hop on a train to Amsterdam in 15 minutes, or take a relaxing bike ride to the beach. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do! The space Our house offers everything you need for a comfortable visit in a peaceful neighborhood. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a dining table that seats six, perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends. The cozy living area offers a comfortable space to relax, with a Beamer and Sonos and a selection of books available in both Dutch and English. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright master bedroom with a double boxspring and a private balcony. There’s also a cozy baby/toddler room, ideal for families with young children. The spacious bathroom features both a walk-in rain shower and a separate bathtub, giving you the choice to unwind your way. There’s also a separate toilet and a compact office space for those who need to get some work done during their stay. The second floor offers a third bedroom with a double sofa bed, great for (older) children. This floor also has a second bathroom with a rain shower and sink for added convenience. Additionally, there’s a laundry room equipped for washing and drying clothes. In our garden, you can unwind in a private sauna that comfortably fits 3–4 people, with a refreshing outdoor shower right next to it. Perfect for recharging after a day in the city or at the beach. Our home is located near the beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort, with the stunning Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, known for its beautiful forests and dunes, close by. Nestled near the charming village of Overveen (walking distance), and just a stone’s throw from both Haarlem (walking distance) and Amsterdam, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your privacy. You can easily explore the area on foot or by bike, or experience the warm hospitality of Haarlem. Haarlem station is within walking distance, making it ideal for those who wish to travel by train. Whether you’re here for a holiday or a work trip, our home provides a peaceful and comfortable base for your stay!
