We look forward to hosting you for an unforgettable stay! The space This charming sea-view studio in Benalmádena offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It features a 1.50-meter bed for a restful sleep, and a sofa that converts into a double bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Additionally, the studio has a private terrace with sea views, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the coastal surroundings. Guest access The studio is located in a building with excellent common areas. During the summer months, you can enjoy a pool with slides, a bar, and sunbed service available for €4 per day. From September until June 22nd, two pools remain open from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Additionally, the studio offers free Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay. The months and hours of pool operation may vary annually, subject to decisions made by the residents' association or government restrictions due to drought. Please inquire about this before your arrival. Other things to note The cot is available upon prior request. Price: EUR 15.00 per reservation. Units available: 1 Welcome Kit: shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, kitchen cleaning kit. Before your arrival and after your departure, we will conduct a detailed inspection of the apartment's inventory and condition. If any damage or missing items are found, the corresponding charges will be applied. In case of loss of keys, a penalty of 75 euros will be applied. If something stops working during your stay, we will do our best to resolve it quickly. However, no refunds will be issued for the cost of the stay due to any such inconvenience.
