The space This two bedroom , two bathroom elegant apartment has been stripped of its original décor and now has a modern , upmarket feel . Kitchen appliance all stainless steel with built in oven , large fridge , dishwasher and ample cutlery , plates and dining ware . Spacious lounge with dining table and chairs , breakfast bar for a more relaxed feel . Large TV with cable service and wifi and beautiful L shaped couch . One bedroom has ensuite bathroom with the second being next to other bedroom. Both have ample closet space and very modern showers . Closet contains washer / dryer and amenities to assist the enjoyment of your stay . Board games , pool floats are there for you to enjoy . The community of Playa Turquesa has: 24-hour security at main gate and beach access. Reception area to check in with your passport, I will ask for copies of these to register you previously. This is a must and failure to do so will result in no entry to the property. Short-term clients cannot have visitors into the complex. Two large pools & two small kids pools Private beach access with complimentary sunbeds / palapa style shades at both pools and beach. PRO BAR restaurant and bar with cash or credit card options. Pool Bar opens in high season. You can take your own food / drink (no glass) to the beach not to the pool. Guest access All of the apartment is for you only. The owners may have a locked closet or door which is to remain closed during your stay. Other things to note Electric is an extra charge for the personal consumption used during your stay. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 20 RDS PER kw (May 2024 ) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here . All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Drivers license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN. THIS IS A QUIET PEACEFUL COMPLEX, NO PARTIES, DRUGS OR ILEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED. NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN TO VISIT DURING YOUR STAY. No pets allowed !
