Home away from home. Own floor. Huge room. Shower.

A large room in a quiet house with a kingsize bed, feather duvet and your own bathroom with shower. You never hear the neighbours, and we're at the end of the cul-de-sac so there's minimal traffic. This is mine and my husband's home - we're both easy going working professionals. 10 minutes to the broads, and a 15-20 minute drive to the absolute centre of the city. Easy, free parking. We back onto a meadow, woods and a lake for walking. Local shop 2 minute walk, with quaint cafe attached. The space There are 3 lovely, clean, kitties that live with us. So please bare this in mind if you have allergies. You're welcome to use the kitchen to make a cup of tea etc... There's a small fridge in your room to store cold items. We are also fine if you need to use a couple of plates, the microwave etc... but we do ask that you please refrain from cooking. **FOR LONG STAYS** *HEAVILY DISCOUNTED BY 45% and 49%( 1 WEEK or more 45% = we receive £28 per night 28 days or more 49% = we receive £25 per night. This is for your own room, own bathroom, all bills included and we don't charge a cleaning fee like most air bnbs. With this in mind, we politely and respectfully ask that stays over 1 week provide their own loo roll after the first 2 run out, and the same for coffee/milk if you use it regularly 🥰 Please take your shoes off when entering the house 🙏 the stairs are carpeted, as is your room. Your duvet is feather and the mattress is a high quality one :) **if you're eating greasy or colorful foods, please use the table cloth to line the furniture - we've had a few instances where bright colors or oil have stained furniture/walls/placemats so please be mindful of this 🙏** You're welcome to use our shower gel and shampoo. We'll make sure you have clean towels for when you arrive. You can also use the hairdryer/iron on request. Please take washing to the Laundrette as we only have 1 machine at home which Justin and I use regularly and therefore lack capacity to do and dry more loads.
