Serene, natural setting just minutes from Little Italy, Old Town and Downtown. The house is a private, two story loft reminiscent of Bali and described by some as a “treehouse” because of the way the outdoors and indoors blend together. Note: I ask for a security deposit for protection but it is my understanding that Airbnb does not charge guests for this amount unless there is a damage claim following the stay. The space Perched above San Diego Bay, the house has a unique, natural setting complete with a koi pond full of huge, mature fish. It is a tranquil escape from the nearby hustle and bustle of Downtown and Little Italy, yet is extremely convenient to the airport and all that central San Diego has to offer. The spacious yard and deck provide multiple vantage points to: Relax by the pond Explore the multi-level garden Gaze upon the expansive view of Downtown, Point Loma and the bay Conveniently located, the house is a short walk to the restaurants and bars of "International Restaurant Row," the Trolley, and a market for necessities. There are additional rental units on the property that share the laundry facilities but do not share any other space. Other things to note There is a walk up stairs and an incline path from the street to the house. The house is two stories. Street parking is free but there may or may not be availability directly in front of the property. Note that the shower is outside (private, with shower curtain surrounding, hot water, drain and just two steps from the bathroom) and the indoor tub can only be used for baths.
