The space The property has a fully equipped open plan kitchen-lounge area with amazing ocean views. It benefits from a shower/toilet room and separate cloakroom. It has an air heating system and is on mains gas. Visitors can use all of Havens on-site facilities. Passes (available from Haven) are required for some of these. Guest access Guests have access to whole area. There are some steps to entrance. There is parking for one vehicle outside. Other things to note A perfect place to relax and enjoy an amazing uninterrupted coastline view from the lounge/kitchen or the wrap-around decking area. The sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking. Located on a quiet (no through road) on a central spot within the Haven Quay West holiday resort, this holiday home overlooks the stunning Newquay coastline. The beautiful sandy beach is a short walk away. During low tide, you can walk along the beach directly into the picturesque harbour town of Newquay. At other times, you can walk directly from Quay West along a pathway into Newquay where you can book boat trips to watch the dolphins/marine life. The harbour town of Aberaeron is a short drive away. Aberystwyth and Cardigan are also within driving distance. The property has a fully-equipped kitchen. It has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have two single beds. There is a further pull-out double bed in the lounge area. There is a main bathroom with overhead shower. There is a separate cloakroom. Outside, there is parking for one vehicle. You will receive an email from Haven giving you the option to purchase play passes directly from them. Please remember to bring your own bedding (bedsheets, pillowcases and duvet covers). Please bring your own linen (towels and tea towels). When you leave, please leave the keys in the key-safe, empty bins and take rubbish to the central Haven bins area and ensure all appliances and lights are switched off (except fridge/freezer). Please notify us of any damage caused during your stay. We will offer preferential rates for repeat customers.
