UVA/Downtown Guest Suite

This listing is for our spacious walk-out downstairs suite at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from UVA Hospital and Downtown Mall. The entire suite is flush with light, with 10-foot ceilings and over 1000 square feet. Our guests have access to the entire private suite. The space The master bedroom has one queen size bed. The large study has two full size beds. The full bath has all the toiletries and fresh linens that you need while you travel. There is a small dorm fridge and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen for this listing. Our location is close to so many things (UVA, Downtown Mall, 5th Street Shopping Center, and easy access to the highway), yet it also is quiet and peaceful and surrounded by nature. Our back patio overlooks Moores Creek and connects with the Rivanna Trail. You have access to the entire private basement. The private entrance is in the back of the house. We will provide you with a lock code for the entrance after booking. Parking is available along our circle. Absolutely no smoking. A $200 cleaning fine will be added if you smoke in our home. Please no noise/loud music/loud talking after 9 pm. No pets and party is allowed. Guest access Guests access the entire basement suite through their own entrance, which is at the back of the house. The door has a keypad lock. Guests can also use the patio seating. Other things to note There is street parking on our cul-de-sac. Absolutely no smoking. A $200 fine will be added if you smoke in our home. No additional guests are allowed without prior coordination and approval from the host. Each additional guest cost $50 per night. Violations will be reported to Airbnb with a $500 fine.
