Welcome to Casa 3, a cozy and modern 2/4 person vacation bungalow located in Simpelveld. A beautiful location, in a holiday park in the middle of South Limburg Heuvelland. Right next to the park is the well-known Miljoenenlijn. The space The bungalow offers 2, 2-person bedrooms, these rooms are equipped with quality box springs, mattresses, duvduvets & pillows. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower, toilet and sink. The private kitchen has a combination microwave, barista coffee machine and a nice dining area with comfortable chairs. The living area has a lovely sitting area with smart TV, where Netflix etc. is available. From the living area, you have access to your own terrace with a parasol and privacy screen. The playground is nearby, where the children can romp. WI-FI is available free of charge in the bungalow. The bungalow has parking for 1 car, in the designated parking spaces. Guest access Access to the cottage is through a key safe with code. You will receive this code just before arrival and departure. The park has the following facilities: - reception - Central laundry room where you can use washing machines and dryers - Playgrounds and mini golf Other things to note Tourist tax, bed linen and a towel package are not included in the price. These can be picked up at the park reception during opening hours for a fee: Tourist tax: €2 pppn Linen set: €15 consisting of bedding & towels Would you like made-up beds upon arrival? Please let us know immediately during your booking. It is also allowed to bring your own bed linen/towels. All 4 beds are 80x200 and the duvets 140x200.
