Island villa in Inkoo, for 10-12 people

This beautiful and unique place is located in the outer archipelago of Inkoo. In the peace of the island, you can spend time as a couple, with family or friends, or even spend a day of recreation with a work group. The main house is on top of a high cliff, large windows bring the sea and forest into every season. Directly near the beach, there is a sauna/guest cottage with separate accommodation, sauna and washing facilities, as well as an outdoor hot tub. The space The property has a main house, a guest house and a sauna cabin. The main house has 1 bedroom (180 cm bed), a loft (2 x 80 cm mattresses), a kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, running/drinking cold/hot water), a living room, a bathroom (1 shower, hand basin) and a large covered terrace and a sun terrace. A total of 3 different sized dining tables with chairs and benches. The guest house has 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), a loft (120 cm mattress), a study (80 cm mattress on the floor), a bathroom (1 shower, hand basin). Directly adjacent to the houses is a separate toilet building with a composting toilet. The sauna cabin has a small living room, two bedrooms (beds 160 cm and 120 cm), a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, two sinks, running potable cold/hot water), a bathroom (running cold/hot water) and a sauna with a wood-burning stove. Outside, there are large terraces with outdoor tables and sofas, as well as a drop pool, composting toilet. On the seashore there is a sandy beach and a swimming ladder on the pier, lawn and forest in the green area. Possibility to organize boat trips to the outer islands, ask for more information! Guest access The property is located on an island, an hour's drive from Helsinki and about 15 minutes by boat from the mainland. Round trips to the island are possible with our cabin connection boat (Arronet 20.5). Prices 5/1-11/31: 25 euros/person/round trip, minimum compensation 50 euros. Alternatively, you can arrive by your own boat or by Inkoo taxi boat (approx. 100-150 e/direction). In winter, it is possible to arrive by hydro helicopter, ask for more information! Other things to note The villa is located in the outer archipelago, where the weather can vary from one end of the day to the other. Beautiful sunny calm weather can instantly turn into strong wind and rain. Therefore, it is good to take different conditions into account when packing. The property is on an island, very small children cannot be allowed to go out alone in the yard.
