1-Zimmer-Apartment Oberhaching

We rent a lovingly furnished basement apartment in the basement of a house in Oberhaching for 2 to 4 people. 2 bus stops are 2 minutes away from the house, the S-Bahn Furth is approx. 15 minutes' walk and takes you to the central station in 30 minutes. The train departs from Deisenhofen and takes you to Munich or to destinations in the beautiful Bavarian Oberland (Tegernsee, Schliersee). By car, you can reach the A8 to Salzburg in 2 minutes. The space The apartment is a basement apartment and consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The large room is equipped with parquet flooring and has daylight from a slope. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with windows (light shafts) and can thus be well ventilated. The sleeping area consists of a large bed (140 wide, 200 long). The dining area consists of a solid wood table and 4 chairs where you can eat comfortably. On the other side, there is a couch which can be pulled out for sleeping (140 wide, 200 long). If there are only two of you, you can also eat in the kitchen. The windows in the living/sleeping area are fitted with curtains to close for privacy. After your excursions or for reading, you can comfortably sit on a bench in front of the house. A washing machine is available. No smoking or pets allowed. Guest access A larger parking lot with several free parking spaces is located opposite the house. After consultation, a parking space for one car can be provided in front of the house. Other things to note Oberhaching has a good connection to Munich or south by both car and public transport, and thus many leisure opportunities as well as many cultural opportunities. In Oberhaching you will find several bakers, 2 butchers, several supermarkets, as well as a weekly market on Fridays with regional and organic delicacies. A playground is diagonally opposite the property, a soccer field for playing soccer is 5 minutes away. The Further Bad (a natural outdoor pool – open mid-May to mid-September), with a 50 m pool, beautiful lawn and beautifully landscaped area for children is 5 minutes away.
