The space All the comforts of home in this one bedroom, one bathroom, fully renovated cottage just steps from the St. Clair Rivers' edge. This home offers a queen size bed and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. The living room has a dual reclining sofa and a rocking chair along with spectacular river views. The kitchen has full size appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). The dining area offers 3 seats at the high-top table with a view, or you can make your way out to the deck and make it amazing! Guest access Guest will have full access to the entire standalone cottage with private entrance and its own private deck. Enjoy the property, sit by the water or jump in the river- we do have a ladder to get out or you can climb up the boat ramp. If you need a life jacket just ask (life jackets are preferred the current will make you move). Other things to note - This is a standalone cottage with owners' onsite - No Pets Allowed - 100% No smoking in cottage - No events, parties or large gatherings - Photo ID may be required at check-in - The first floor requires 2 steps to access - The driveway is steep, if you do not want to pulldown the driveway you are welcome to park on top of the hill
