Welcome to our family home nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of Riverside, Windsor. Enjoy the private, fenced-in backyard with an above ground pool, a fully equipped kitchen, 7 beds that sleep 12 in total, in-suite laundry, parking for 3 mid-size cars and garage access and plenty of space for entertaining. Our home is about 13km from the Windsor International Airport, and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. The space What You'll Love: ⭐️ Self check-in using a smart lock ⭐️ High speed internet ⭐️ 2 large living rooms, each with 55" Smart TVs and comfy seating ⭐️ A formal dining table as well as a small kitchen table ⭐️ Spacious bedrooms (1 king bed, 4 full-sized bed, 2 twin beds) ⭐️ Fully-equipped kitchen, including kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils) ⭐️ Private backyard w/ an above ground pool and pool-side seating ⭐️ Quiet location in a lovely neighbourhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including the main floor, basement, garage, and the private backyard. Guests are able to park up to 3 vehicles in our the driveway with free parking for additional vehicles. Guests can access the garage via a garage remote that is available upon request. The basement of our home has another full washroom, laundry room, additional sleeping areas for 4, and a spacious secondary living room. The secondary living room in the basement includes a large sectional couch, Smart TV, and a workstation. The only space of the home which is off limits to guests are the two locked owners' closets in the main floor hallway, and the barn-door closet across from the laundry room in the basement. Other things to note On occasion, we will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, pool maintenance and general groundskeeping. We provide our guests with a "starter kit" of supplies to make your stay more comfortable, including: - 1 bathing towel and 1 washcloth per guest - 2 hand towels in the bathroom - Body soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom - 2 kitchen towels - 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom - 2 rolls of paper towel under the kitchen sink - Laundry soap and softener - Dishing washing soap and dishwasher pods - Ground coffee, tea, powdered coffee creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and vinegar We have drip coffee maker (with filters) and a hot water kettle for your use in the kitchen. LIABILITY MESSAGE: By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity by and in the pool. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. You acknowledge the risk involved with activities by and/or on the pool including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury. The pool is open from June 1st to Labour Day.
