The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed. The third bedroom offers a twin bed, making it perfect for families or groups. Two of the bedrooms also feature smart TVs, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows in the privacy of your room. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s delight, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the tools you need to prepare a delicious meal. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a home-cooked dinner, you’ll find everything you need right here. The adjacent dining area provides a cozy spot for meals, with a stylish table that comfortably seats six. For added convenience, the condo features two full washrooms. Plush towels and premium toiletries are provided to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. Parking Please note that there is only one parking spot available. Any additional cars that need parking accommodations will be the responsibility of the guest to figure out. Visitor parking on site is not available for guests. Our condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected, whether you’re catching up on work or streaming your favorite shows. Central heating and air conditioning ensure that you’re comfortable no matter the season. Additionally, guests have access to the building’s state-of-the-art fitness center, and swimming pool, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine during your stay. Feel free to use all the space to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay! Check in is limited from 4pm-11pm ONLY Other things to note We have a strict no smoking and no party policy. Violation of these rules will result in fines of $1000 or more. Please note that there is only parking available for 1 car. We do not have any additional parking spots available. Any extra vehicles will be the responsibility of the guest to find parking accommodations. We use a noise monitoring device that tracks volume decibels to ensure no parties are thrown. Please be aware a fee is associated, with early check-ins and late check-out. Please be respectful of your neighbors and community. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am every day. Pets are subject to pet fees of $25 per pet per night. Please let us know in advance to avoid further charges. Guest can only "Check In" between 4 P.M and 11 P.M. If you need to check in later than 11pm, then this would not work for you.
