Relax into the serene beauty of the farm's 127 acres. You are invited to wander the meandering trails and colorful flower fields. You can sit on your private balcony and bathe in the nightly chorus of frogs or stargaze with the fireflies from the grassy hills. This small, working, organic farm specializes in market vegetables and flowers—which can be enjoyed during your stay. Just 90 minutes outside of New York City - the farm is your escape to everything the Hudson Valley has to offer. The space BEDROOMS There are five bedrooms in the house—each with unique personality and views. Some features are universal—all rooms contain a workspace with a writing desk, desk chair, and desk lamp. All rooms have multiple outlets with USB and USB-C charging ports, and at least one bedside lamp. First Floor Rooms: ORCHARD A bright, airy room with a picturesque view of the orchard and sheep field. It has a modern, queen-sized bed and large walk-in closet. ALBA Our coziest room featuring a full-size carved wooden bed and exposed ceiling beams. Second Floor Rooms: MEADOWLARK A serene space with a full-sized bed. It has sweeping views of the meadow and a private balcony overlooking the pond. HICKORY Our largest room with plenty of space, a queen-sized bed, and balcony. It has a view of the farm’s original 1795 homestead. DANDELION Features a full-size carved wooden bed and walk-in closet. It has a balcony overlooking the barn and window view of the pond. Two bathrooms - one with a stand-up shower, one with a full bath Food and Drinking Spaces: Full kitchen with a well-stocked pantry (oils, spices, condiments, baking supplies, etc) Outdoor charcoal grill Entertainment: Projector & screen in the living room Bluetooth speaker Board games Books Cornhole Record Player Hiking Guest access Private entrance with coded door lock with access to the top two stories of the house containing five bedrooms, two baths, and a large kitchen/living room. Three of the five bedrooms have private balconies. Guests have access to the walking trails, meadows, backyard, large lawn, and gazebo. Tours of the farming operation are available upon request. Other things to note Add On Experiences/Services We can provide guests a refrigerator stocked with organic vegetables picked fresh from the farm (available seasonally) — $10/per person/day We can arrange for a private chef - Enjoy world class meals prepared twice daily (lunch and dinner) by extraordinary chefs who can meet all of your dietary preferences and restrictions. These vegetable forward, locally sourced meals are fuel for the body and solace for the soul. — $500/day — can be booked for one or more days of your stay. For groups over 5 guests there is an additional charge of $50/day for each person over the five—($550/day for a group of 6, $600/for a group of 7, etc). ______ Workshops & Experiences— $150 for entire group Apothecary Workshop - Learn the principles of tincture-making from the farm's resident herbalist. Take home your own blend to support your artistic practice made from medicinal plants grown on the property. Foraging Walk - Enjoy a guided walk around the grounds of the farm, fields, and forests learning about and gathering edible and medicinal plants. Garden Walk - Wander the grounds with our Farmer and ask all your garden questions. Whether it is real or aspirational, a whole backyard or on your fire escape, you’ll take home valuable information to help your garden grow. Farm Tours and Personal Harvest - Explore our farming operation with our head farmer; select herbs and vegetables to harvest by hand to take back and enjoy in your meals.
