This guesthouse is part of a one-of-a-kind 4,000sqm property, originally dreamt up by a Hollywood director! Our 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 900sqm guesthouse is fully self-contained & soundproofed. The guesthouse & all outdoor areas are yours to enjoy privately, with no shared spaces. We provide all bedding, towels and essentials - you are always welcome to ask if you need anything extra. Room 1 has a separate aircon/heater, Rooms 2-4 have shared central cooling/heating. Bedroom layout: • Room 1 - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe • Room 2 - 1 double bed • Room 3 - 1 double bed • Room 4 - 1 queen bed, 2 double beds The guesthouse (ground floor) is self-contained and private from the host residence (upper floor). They are spaced far apart and have separate entrances. They are as separate as two self-contained, soundproofed apartments on different floors, 30 to 50-metres apart. Guest access The guesthouse, including all facilities and outdoor areas listed, are for your private use. Other things to note We are a Chinese-Australian family who have called Melbourne home for 25+ years. We moved from our lifelong area of Glen Waverley to beautiful Warrandyte in July 2024, and we warmly welcome guests to our property’s guesthouse.
