No more people are allowed to stay than those indicated in the reservation. • The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss or forgetting keys inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). • Once the reservation is confirmed, we will request an online registration, where the temporary rental contract will also be signed to comply with local regulations.
