The property has a panoramic view of the sea and Ilha dos Franceses, which provides a unique feeling of well-being and warmth. You can work and/or enjoy your vacation facing the sea without giving up health and family safety measures. The space is a paradise for the hostess and her family, and when we open our space we want our guests to share the same peace. The space 880 m² of total area, with 1 suite; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; 1 TV room on the second floor; and on the ground floor we have: 1 bedroom with double bed, living room, 1 living room/breakfast room with table and 8 chairs, gourmet kitchen with sea view, 1 social bathroom, in addition to a huge balcony attached to the gourmet kitchen, service area and outdoor shower. The property and utensils are available to guests, including a barbecue grill. Guest access The neighborhood has municipal and interstate public transportation.
