Come and relax in our little cocoon surrounded by forests, while having all the amenities 5 min by car (shopping center), 10 min from Annecy and its lake. Brand new apartment, well-equipped, very comfortable. The space My accommodation includes: - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed with high quality bedding, a closet (shelf + wardrobe), electric blind. - A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped, to start your stay quietly, I provide coffee capsules and hot chocolate (Dolce Gusto machine), salt/pepper/Provencal herbs, aluminum/film wrap. - A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, towel dryer. Available: hairdryer. - A closet with broom, steam mop, dustpan, hand brush. All cleaning products are available (dishwasher liquid, sponge, dishwashing liquid, glass and cleaner-degreaser, wipes) To start your stay: toilet paper, 1 washing machine capsule are provided. Guest access entire apartment Other things to note We have pets (1 dog, 2 cats). I'll make sure they don't get in your way. On request, I can prepare a gift basket, wine and/or champagne, a surprise for your spouse: for a fee. Fancy a Savoyard fondue? Don't want to move? We provide everything for you: for a fee.
