Boutique House with Pool in Villa de las Rosas

Comfortable, spacious and functional, our house is located in a privileged natural environment in Villa de las Rosas. It is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Traslasierra Valley. Just 2.5 km from the town square and surrounded by trails that invite you to explore nature, this country house offers a unique experience for its guests. The space The house has THREE LARGE BEDROOMS, each with its own hot and cold air, and TWO BATHROOMS. Two double beds and 2 single beds (can be made into a double) KITCHEN equipped with oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and electric coffee maker, microwave, toaster and complete dishes. The LIVING/DINING ROOM is bright and spacious, with a large table and a comfortable sofa. A LIVING ROOM with four armchairs and large windows overlooking the forest. An OUTDOOR GALLERY with table and chairs and a QUINCHO with barbecue and clay oven. We have a large SWIMMING POOL (18 meters long x 8 meters) which can be shared with another family. Guest access The house is located 2.5 kilometers from the main square of Villa de Las Rosas, in a natural and peaceful environment. It is entered through a quiet street, traveling 250 meters from Route 14. From the house you can access a stream and a network of trails that border the village and from which you can walk to the main square. We are located very close to a Winery and Vineyard (Viarago) and an Olive Oil producer (Olium). Distance to both places: 1.3 kilometers (16 minutes walking or 2 minutes by car). The *Food, Crafts and Local Producers FAIR* is held every Thursday and Saturday, between 10 am and 4 pm in the Plaza. We digitally share FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS based on our experience and that of the guests who visit us: We offer you a list of *Relaxation, Adventure and Wellness ACTIVITIES*, which you can book through us (Massages, Personalized Yoga and Meditation Classes, Hiking and Guided Trekking, Kayaking) Other things to note La Marita shares a 3-hectare plot with another house, each house maintaining its privacy and accessibility. That is why COEXISTENCE AGREEMENTS are established, which must be fulfilled by the guests: PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. QUIET HOURS MUST BE RESPECTED (BETWEEN 11 PM AND 8 AM) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. THE POOL IS SHARED WITH ANOTHER HOUSE.
