Latona Penthouse Suite with A/C and Parking!

Experience Seattle oasis living in our in-city, Wallingford neighborhood, beautifully renovated (completed in May 2018), Mid-century modern, 1300 SF, completely private, top floor unit of our duplex. The Penthouse Suite is just 3.5 miles from Amazon & Downtown & 1.2 miles from the University of Washington (main campus). We have specifically designed this entire top floor penthouse suite with Airbnb guests in mind with Air Conditioning, keypad suite access, double pane windows and parking. The space We have Air Conditioning throughout the unit and dedicated parking spot (both are rare in Seattle). The penthouse suite was designed with an open-floor concept where the kitchen, living room and dining room flow seamlessly. The flooring is a luxury wood-like plank flooring, with carpet in the bedrooms. The unit is located on the 3rd floor with 25 steps and has its own private keypad access. Enjoy a seasonal peek-a-boo view of downtown Seattle from the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. There is an ensuite bathroom in the master, along with a beautiful balcony off the master. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The outdoor space off of the master bedroom overlooks a beautifully landscaped back yard. The balcony also a deep cushioned outdoor couch for your enjoyment during the warmer months. There is a full size kitchen with Energy Star stainless steel appliances, a microwave, convection oven and range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice machine and filtered water, and a huge eat-in island with stools. All counter-tops in the kitchen are granite and have custom kitchen cabinets. There is a Keurig coffee maker, an assortment of coffee and tea K-Cups, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, snacks, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, cookware and spices are all available and are at your disposal. Bottled water, milk, orange juice and assorted coffee creamers are also available in the fridge. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit, with Tide pods for clothes washing. The two bathrooms have quartz countertops, heated tile flooring and custom cabinets. A hair dryer and lovely thick towels are provided, along with upgraded shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We offer one off-street parking spot in our driveway (2 cars can park in tandem). The penthouse suite has 100+ Mbps WIFI (250+ Mbps if using a 5G compatible device). The WIFI is separate from ours, and is available throughout the penthouse suite (including the deck area). There is a brand new, 65-inch Samsung Ultra 4K QLED Smart TV with a Bose Soundbar in the living room and a Samsung 40-inch flat screen TV in each of the bedrooms. All TVs offer all the premium movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc.) along with access to Netflix (which we provide). The building is a duplex and we live in the unit below the penthouse suite. We should be available via phone or text should you need anything during your stay. Guest access There are no shared areas in this home. You will have the entire top floor of the private penthouse suite of our duplex. Other things to note Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the penthouse suite, on the back deck or on the premises. Please relax and remove your shoes upon entering our house. Thank you. Because of its propensity to leave lingering odors, and in consideration of all of our guests, we kindly ask that bacon not be cooked in the Penthouse Suite. We have a Ring Video Doorbell on the exterior of the building at the front entry door of the Airbnb. It is a video doorbell and it automatically records anyone walking past it.
