Spacious garden apartment close to sea & mountains

Come and relax in this warm, comfortable, light and serene space with private( no overlooked) sunny garden with lovely views. The village has a beautiful sandy beach (3km at low tide) mountains directly behind. Beach and mountain walks/ bike rides directly from the property. All water sports are very popular locally. There's secure equipment storage for your outdoor toys! A great base to explore North Wales with good village facilities. There is driveway for one car plus quiet road park The space Part of a three storey house with the owner living upstairs. The apartment is set on the lower ground floor with separate access . The apartment has access to a private, secluded south facing garden which you are welcome to use and share as needed with the host/owner. The village and access........ Guest access There is access to the entire garden apartment, consisting of sitting room with dining area and sofa that be used as a third bed if needed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and over-bath shower and fully equipped kitchen. The garden is shared with the host during good weather. Other things to note The sofa bed in the lounge can be set up for a third person to stay. The property isn’t suitable for young children or babies. I don’t have a travel cot and there large mirrors and TV at low level. The bedroom can be set up as either a super king size bed or twin singles. Please let me know what you’d prefer.
