The property is stylishly decorated and has a modern wood burner in the living area for extra warmth during the winter months. Scarlett's elevated position within Highcliffe affords unspoiled views towards St Minver and beautiful rolling hills of Bodmin Moor. There is plenty of lawn at the rear of the property which makes this cottage popular with young families. Scarlett's position benefits from an east facing front patio and is one of only a few properties to include a bistro table & chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun overlooking some of Cornwall's most wild landscapes. The patio at the rear basks in the sun from the afternoon & into the evening & is a great space for BBQs & sundowners. There is a large 8 seater table & chairs which is perfect for outside dining along with a garden bench.
