King Bed | Quiet 2BR Near Downtown St Charles

This well-appointed 2-bedroom, ground-level apartment offers comfort and convenience in the peaceful Valley View neighborhood. Enjoy easy access to the River Trail and nearby Forest Preserve. The unit features a bright, open layout, modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a king-size bed in one of the bedrooms. Perfect for relaxing stays, it’s a short drive to downtown Saint Charles for local dining, shopping, and attractions. The space The space is a 750 SF 2 bedroom, 1 King, 1 Queen bed apartment in a ground level duplex. Recently remodeled and furnished, the space is bright and clean. Lots of details have been thought out such as nespresso coffee machine (and an optional pourover setup) chemical free cleaning, bamboo linens and more. Although we can accept up to 4 people in the space, be aware that the bathroom is a bit small, and at 750 SF, 4 people may start to feel a bit crowded if staying in a lot. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, their reserved 2 parking spots right in front of the building by the street, and the shared firepit in the backyard. Other things to note Here are a couple things to be aware of in regards to this apartment, so they do not negatively affect your stay! The TV is a Fire TV with channels, shows and movies through YouTube TV but no cable or local channels. Being able to use a smart TV is a must for TV viewing. You also have a Disney+ account already logged into for you, and you may log into your other streaming apps if you choose, with the exception of Amazon Prime. This being a Fire TV we cannot change the Amazon account, nor does it have Amazon Prime video. You can cast your own devices however for Amazon Prime video, or use an HDMI cable. We are in close proximity to our neighbors. You may be crossing paths with them outside, or hear the occasional crying baby or outdoor talking. My wife and I lived here for 3 years and had no issues with our neighbors however. they are also very polite and accomodating. The space is a cozy 750 Square Feet. As such, most things are efficiency sized, from the compact stacked washer/dryer, to the 5'x7' bathroom. Please review the photos for an idea on size, and reach out with your questions before booking if you have any! We have 2 parking spots, and there is no street parking. Maximum 2 vehicles please!
