The space ** The space ** Enjoy privacy and calm in our property comprising 6 cozy bedrooms and 1 dormitory that can accommodate up to 8 children, all on more than 350m2 of living space. All bedrooms were renovated in 2024, as well as the 4 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. An expansive living room with a fireplace as well as a large pool room/TV lounge will allow you to relax in the evening. ** Outside ** The house is surrounded by nature (4Hectare), offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and where it is common to meet rabbits, multiple species of birds and watch squirrel play in the trees. Let yourself be charmed by our outdoor facilities, perfect for relaxation and leisure: - A heated swimming pool (May - September) to cool off during the hot summer days, with its pool house and summer bar! - A lighted pétanque court for afternoons and games for families or groups of friends. - A picturesque private pond, with a landscaped picnic area. Ideal for fishing lovers or those just looking to relax by the water watching the sunset! This body of water is not protected or monitored. - A small forest if the kids want to go play the robinsons and build cabins there! ** Location ** Our house is nestled in a peaceful location, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serenity of the countryside. Enjoy walks, hiking, and biking right from your door. In the garden you will regularly meet small rabbits, full of species of birds, squirrel playing along the trees for the pleasure of young and old! And yet… despite its isolation, the house is a 5 minute drive from a city where you will find several bakeries, a butcher, a pharmacy, a large supermarket (drive possible!), a florist, etc. ** Amenities ** Country home doesn't rhyme with age! The house is connected to fiber, and 4 WiFi repeaters allow access throughout the house! Each room is also equipped with a desk to work remotely if necessary. All appliances have been changed and are at your disposal: TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer (+ pool fridge), barbecue, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. We do not accept rentals for parties and celebrations. We have a neighbor, certainly far away, but who can hear the noise. It is therefore necessary to respect the quietness of the environment and a suitable sound volume outdoors. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the 2 garages, but you will have a large outdoor parking lot to park cars. Check-in instructions will be communicated to you before your arrival, with a code for the digital lock, allowing you to check in independently. Other things to note We open the pool from May until the end of September if the weather permits. Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided at an additional cost.
