The space ** The space ** Enjoy privacy and quiet in our property with 6 cozy bedrooms and 1 dormitory that can accommodate up to 8 children, all on more than 350 m2 of living space. All bedrooms were renovated in 2024, as well as the 4 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. A large living room with fireplace and a large pool/TV room will allow you to relax in the evening. ** Outside ** The house is surrounded by nature (4 hectares), offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and where it is common to come across rabbits, multiple species of birds and watch squirrels play in the trees. Let yourself be charmed by our outdoor facilities, perfect for relaxation and leisure: - A heated pool (May to September) to cool off on hot summer days, with pool house and summer bar! - A lighted pétanque court for afternoon and evening games with family or friends. - A picturesque private pond, with a picnic area. Ideal for fishing enthusiasts or for those who simply want to relax by the water while watching the sunset! This body of water is not protected or supervised. - A small forest if the kids want to go play Robinson Crusoe and build treehouses there! ** Location ** Our house is nestled in a peaceful location, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serenity of the countryside. Enjoy walks, hiking and cycling right from your doorstep. In the garden you will regularly come across small rabbits, lots of bird species, squirrels playing along the trees for the pleasure of young and old! And yet… despite its isolation, the house is a 5-minute drive from a city where you will find several bakeries, a butcher, a pharmacy, a large supermarket (drive possible!), a florist, etc. ** Equipment ** Country house does not mean dilapidated! The house is connected to fiber optic, and 4 WiFi repeaters allow access throughout the house! Each room is also equipped with a desk for remote working if needed. All appliances have been changed and are at your disposal: TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer (+ pool fridge), barbecue, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. We do not allow rentals for parties and celebrations. We have a neighbor, certainly far away, but who can hear the noise. It is therefore necessary to respect the quietness of the environment and a suitable sound volume outdoors. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the 2 garages, but you will have a large outdoor parking lot to park cars. Check-in instructions will be communicated to you before your arrival, with a code for the digital lock, allowing you to check in independently.
