Located in Ocean Point, Lucea, Hanover. This gorgeous retreat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, full kitchen, free WiFi, AC, ceiling fan, and smart tv in every room. The complex also has 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, football field, running track, gym. It’s a gated community with 24 hrs security and exterior camera for added security. The space This property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, living room, full kitchen, laundry room, veranda and a backyard lounge area. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and their own bathroom. They also have a AC, smart tv, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe, chest drawers and mirror. The Living room has a large 75 inch flat screen smart tv, with comfy couch for unwinding, A/C and ceiling fan. Dining area has a 4 seater dining table with plenty of room for family meals. You can relax in the veranda and enjoy the view or you can enjoy the backyard to chill and enjoy the beautiful sea breeze. The home has hot water, however please note it’s a solar heated system and maybe affected with several consecutive rainy or overcast days. All basic amenities and appliances are available to meet your needs. Guest access The access code to the smart lock and directions from the security gate to D’s Paradise in the sun will be given 24hrs before arrival. All guest will have full access to the clubhouse with two swimming pools, basketball court, tennis court, football field, running track and a private beach across the way. Nearby attraction Dolphin cove, Mayfield Falls, Chukka adventure park, Tryall golf course, Cool running water Park, Ricks cafe Margaritaville Chukka beach. Nearby restaurants and bars. Pachies, Waterfront jerk center and bar, Smoked marlin, Reggae paradise, Sky beach , Elevate lounge and night club, pineapple beach and lobster trap. ( All other popular Mobay and negril restaurants are 30 minutes away from property). Nearby shopping Lucea, sandy bay town center (5 minutes away) and Fairview shopping center (30 minutes away) Cinemas Palace multiplex - 30 minutes Some house rules No pets, No smoking inside the house, if you have to smoke please utilize the outdoor. Also please be respectful and ensure that smoke items are properly disposed of. No parties or events, unless prior permission is received. Check in is 3pm Check out is 11am. All guest are required to provide full name of everyone that will be staying at the property so we can inform the security team to grant you access onto the complex. Please travel with identification so that the security team can identify you and grant you access. Please refrain from making loud noise after 11pm. What is not included food, spices, laundry detergent. We have collaborated with several partners to provide additional services. These services includes airport transportation $65 usd one way and $115 usd return, daily taxi service is also available at a reasonable price. Mobay and Negril are 30-40mins away from the property.
