Guests MUST clean up after their pets. Please bring a blanket and towel for your dogs. - Uninterrupted Electrical Power Supply: While there may be occasional blackouts, our backup generator ensures continuous power. - Sports: There is plenty of space for playing sports such as football and volleyball. Cats are strictly prohibited. 4. No smoking or vaping inside the rooms. 5. Damaged property will be charged accordingly: - Stained/torn bedroom linens: PHP 3,000.00 - Broken plates/glasses/kitchenware: PHP 1,000.00 - Damaged bathroom fixtures: PHP 5,000.00 - Damaged blinds/curtains: PHP 5,000.00 6. A list of the names of all guests and the number of pets is required upon check-in.
