Nestled amidst the beautiful Central Fells and a stroll from the idyllic village of Grasmere, The Yan at Broadrayne is a truly special place at the heart of the Lake District. With only 7 bedrooms, one of those being a Pet Deluxe room, residents lounge and a Bistro, which uses outstanding local ingredients, in order to create seasonal dishes inspired by our farm’s history. It is the perfect place to get set for a day of adventure or to relax after a day on the fells. Guest access When staying in one of our bistro bedrooms, you’ll also have access to our communal lounge area. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the breathtaking natural landscape. Comfy and contemporary furnishings provide the perfect place to enjoy a cuppa and a bit o’ cake after a long day on the fells, a nightcap after dinner at the bistro or a good book on a rainy day. There is also an onsite drying room and secure bike store. Check-in is from 3pm until 9pm on your day of arrival and check-out is before 10am on your day of departure.
